Elena Kagan

Finally Someone Figured Out Why Obama Nominated Elana Kagan Getting her reward for making sure the truth of this matter is not known to the American public.

Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owes her big time. All of the requests were denied of course.

They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it?

The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense.

The USA has finally become the laughing stock of the world. GOD help and deliver us. Not only was Elena Kagan the Solicitor General for the Supreme Court, but, according to Wikipedia, her sucessor, Neal Kumar Katyal: Neal Kumar Katyal (born March 12, 1970) is the Acting Solicitor General of the United States, having succeeded Elena Kagan, who has been nominated by President Barack Obama to replace the retiring Associate U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.

Prof. Katyal was the "Paul and Patricia Saunders Professor of National Security Law" at Georgetown University Law Center and the lead counsel for the Guantanamo Bay detainees in the Supreme Court case Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, which held that military commissions set up by the Bush administration to try detainees at Guantanamo Bay "violate both the UCMJ and the four Geneva Conventions."

While serving at the Justice Department, he has argued numerous Supreme Court cases, including his successful defense (by an 8-1 decision) of the constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in the landmark case, Northwest Austin v. Holder.

I'll not give you a penny

I'm so disgusted with the Republicans in Congress for not standing up for anything but their own greedy careers that I think they all should pack up and go home. You've chosen to ignore the people and their wishes for this country that, of necessity, we've got to replace them with people who will not.

Hooray! for the Governor of Arizona. She embodies more "manhood" than most of the "so-called" men in the US government. This county needs a mighty turn-around or we will not survive the Obama administration. Wake up Republicans! Most true conservatives have lost faith in you.

You'd better speak up and speak up loudly against the crap that this administration is pulling or a 3rd party will arise to take your place. Now Obama's latest push is to do away with the Electoral College. Get rid of the weaklings in your leadership and in Congress or the people will do it for you in November 2010.

Editor's NOTE:    Please do not confuse the Republican Majority Campaign (RMC) with the Republican National Party (GOP).

We are conservative.  We support ONLY conservative candidates such as Sharron Angle.

The GOP supports RINOs who, in many instances are thinly-disguised communists.

We are Pro-Life and want to protect every child.

The GOP is, in many instances, Pro-Death and supports execution of our children.

We, the RMC, support a balanced budget.

The GOP supports, in many instances, a perpetual increase in our national debt in order to promote one-worldism.

We are the Republican Majority Campaign, an independent expenditure political action committee.

Sincerely,
Charles Benninghoff, Editor

Fiscal conservatives and other brooding monsters

I didn't vote for Obama, and am no apologist for socialism, but... You repugs never state the real problem, which is THE BANKS! You want to cut medicare, disability, unemployment, any sort of entitlement to poor people, but you ignore the entitlement the Fed enjoys, buying currency from the Treasury for cost of mere paper & ink! and of course the 'stimulus' was to bail out ...banks! It started under GW so you can't lay it all on Obama's lap. Instead of starving people and making them homeless, just take back ownership of the currency Congress prints. Make them say "US Dollar" again, not "Federal Reserve Note." Then print enough to cover any new legislation you care to pass, be it health-care, economic stimulus, what-have-you. The budget is always balanced that way, you never have to borrow. We haven't had any gold backing since 1974, so don't let that stop you. Otherwise you will have riots in the street and for good reason! Just stop giving currency away to banks while asking citizens to suffer austerity measures. You cannot serve two masters, the choice is quite clear. You cannot go backwards to the way things were because the jobs are gone, GW sent them to away when he gave China most favored nations trading status. Wake up to real-time events, it's about more than your "right" to make money at other people's expense.

Editor's Response:  Dean, do you not remember President Bush, Carl Rove and other prominent Republicans pleading with Congress to tighten lending requirements and audit Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae?  Then, Barney Frank - leading the parade of socialists - claimed BOTH Fannie and Freddie were sound and there was no problem!  You don't remember this?  Is there a mental defect someplace out there where you are?  You don't remember that it was the socialists who demanded that our banks lend to unqualified individuals so that everyone (even those who could not afford it) could own a home?  What is wrong with you?  The banks did nothing wrong except follow the dictates of the socialists then in charge of the banking regulators.  And, as for the regulators, while they should have been auditing excess fees being taken from borrowers - they were, instead, enforcing fraud-inducing laws trying to force banks into granting loans to people who could never pay them back.  Not only that, these same regulators - driven by the likes of Barney Frank - were making sure that every illegal alien who applied go a loan with no income tax returns, no ID, no references and NO FICO scores.  If there, indeed, riots in the streets it will be because of the socialist programs I have written of here today.

Erroneous information put out in your name!

In these critical days before the November election, I am outraged that you would publish information that is not true. I am referring to the email I received yesterday stating that the issue of Obama's citizenship and eligibility to serve as president is quietly being taking up by the US Supreme Court. I can't immagine what you think you are going to accomplish -- only that you have forever lost me as a supporter. I believed you and felt like a fool when it became obvious that it was not true. This does not help the cause -- to get Obama out of the Whitehouse!!! How about reporting the facts?

EDITOR'S COMMENT:  Obama and his wife have both numerous times stated that he was born in Kenya.  This is undeniable.  Anyone who would, in fact, deny this is living a lie.  Obama's uncle, who yet lives in Kenya, is on video stating as a fact that Hussein is Kenyan.  Only die-hard fools live in a dreamland where such a man could be tolerated as president without trying to unseat him.  The RMC PAC thoroughly supports the effort to unseat Obama.

Donating

I can't help agreeing with you but there is a bigger problem supporting your efforts.

Every day I get inundated with requests for money and at times I have to wonder if the ones asking aren't some kind of a Democrat ploy using the Republican name.

In any case I just find it impossible to donate any more with so many asking. Be assured I will do anything in my power to rid those bastards out of office.

Editor Comment:  It would be nice if campaigns could run for free but they cannot.  Obama raised huge sums and got elected.  If we cannot shell out we'll have to get the hell out.

Gary and the US Justice Foundation?

Editor's Response:  Gary Kreep is president of both the Republican Majority Campaign PAC and the United States Justice Foundation.  RMC is designed for campaign issues as a non-profit political action committee of the "independent expenditure" type.  USJF is a non-profit dedicated to preserving justice in the US through its court system and the court of public opinion.  As such, USJF is seeking to throw Obama out of office for being a non-qualified individual.  This case is now before the federal district court of appeals.  The RMC and USJF are independent of each other and, while each may support the other's goals, operate and are funded separately.

Are Republicans Making Errors

By:  Diane Benjamin

I'm a TEA party Regional Coordinator. I see most Republicans squandering their time to save the country because most have no backbone. They only care about getting themselves elected. Most haven't signed Rep King's discharge petition to overturn Obamacare. Evidently they don't want to admit that this bill will destroy health care, even the Democrats were lied to about the bill, and the American people don't want it We aren't going to vote for these gutless wonders.

By: Diane Benjamin

Democrats could probably be convinced to sign on since news comes out virtually everyday about the increased cost, companies that could drop coverage, and the citizens are going to be taxed to death next year with expiring tax cuts and additional tax on benefits. The Republicans are responsible for forcing many of us to look at third party candidates! We want people of integrity in office and we don't see that in the Republican Party! If you want Republicans in charge, tell them to start working for the American people instead of themselves!

2010 Election Possibilities

By: Wayne Adair

The thing that's bothering me is this, as bad as I want to get back into aviation and get back to banner towing I really don't want to support Harry Reid. So here is what I want to do. I want to form, or become affiliated with a PAC for the purpose of flying an aerial campaign that does NOT support Harry Reid. Either flying a sign that says WE DON'T NEED HARRY REID or towing a sign that supports Sharron Angle. I did something very similar to this in the 2008 election for a supreme court candidate here in Nevada. We raised about 30K in just a few weeks and flew a sign in Las Vegas for about 100 hours.

That campaign was too little too late, the people who were in charge of the PAC sat on their hands and didn't get things rolling till it was really too late to build the name recognition that we needed. But the model that we used for operation was good. Jump back to the 2006 election, I was involved in a campaign that got it right. I was contacted by a member of the campaign committee about 7 weeks before the election. The candidate was dreadfully far behind in the polls. She was going up against an incumbent and at the 7 week to election point she was running about 9%. Pretty dismal. We got things rolling and I showed up in Nevada with an airplane and I flew a billboard for her non stop right up till election day.

She won by 50,000 votes. Aerial signs have the ability to shape an election. They give incredible name recognition, they get people talking and they lend an air of credibility to the candidate. An aerial sign flown in a metro area like Las Vegas has the ability to generate about 200,000 exposures for each hour flown. Anyhow I'm thinking that if I went to work pulling signs here in Nevada I could very well make a significant impact on the outcome of the election, and in the process shift the balance in DC.

My problem is I'm not connected to anyone in the conservative arena that could help me make this a reality. My hope is that you might be able to steer me to people that can capture the vision of what I can do and help me make this happen. If you would be interested in finding out more about this, I would welcome the chance to talk with you about it. Thanks for your time. Wayne Adair 775-682-0847

Tea Party Express request
Things are heating up in the NV US Senate race. I'm sure you've seen the news that your endorsement of Sharron Angle has help catapult her 20 points in the race passing up Danny Tarkanian and putting her within reach of beating  Sue Lowden. As the Field Director of the Tea Party Express I was assigned to contact all of Sharron Angles endorsements and request that they to post the following on their websites and facebook pages:

TEA PARTY EXPRESS is so excited to announce our $150,000 money bomb for Sharron Angle.

Thanks...
